If your nationality is exempt, you may not be obliged to apply for a student visa. However, upon arrival in Ireland, you will still need to present other required documents.

On the other hand, if your intended course of study extends beyond 90 days, obtaining a Long Stay Visa, commonly known as a 'D' visa, is necessary. The application can be completed through Ireland's AVATS Online Facility. Supporting documents, such as an application letter and proof of enrollment, will be required.
